Policies

We want everyone to have a pleasurable and relaxing visit at our facility. For the comfort and consideration of all customers, we enforce the following policies in our office:

  • Children from 12 to 18 are welcome in the office for adjustments and massage when accompanied by a guardian. Because this is also a massage establishment and serenity is valued for our massage clients we do not see any patients under 12 nor are any children under 12 permitted in the office.
  • As much as we love pets at Kinetic Massage Works, there is a no-pets policy on our property.
  • Service animals* are the only pets allowed on property and must be under control and on a leash at all times. Clients who require service animals must inform Kinetic Massage Works that they are bringing a service animal prior to arrival.

*Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Guests may be asked what work or tasks the animal has been trained to perform. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.

Cancellation and Booking Policy

  • A 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment is required or a 100% charge of the value of the service will be assessed. An appointment that is late after 20 minutes is considered a no show, and a 100% charge of the value of the service will be assessed. If you are late your session will still end at the designated time as to not inconvenience the client after you.
  • Appointments are booked online. Our online scheduling is real-time and up-to-date.
  • As a courtesy, automated email reminders are sent to clients, however, clients are held accountable when booking their appointments.
  • By booking an appointment with us, you understand, accept, and agree.
